This beach has live music almost every night of the year, and almost none of it is ticketed. It is local bands on small stages in bars where you can hear the Gulf behind the PA.

Every night of the week
Jimmy B's runs two bands a day, all year. Ka'Tiki has music seven nights. Ricky T's over on Treasure Island runs two shows a day on the beachside patio. If you turn up on spec, these are the safe bets.

Weekends and most weeknights
The Drunken Clam books local bands on Friday and Saturday, with singles and duos earlier in the week. Mastry's Brewing runs a weekly lineup that mixes music with trivia, open mic and run club.
Comedy, if you want a change
Coconuts Comedy Club runs out of TradeWinds Island Resorts with shows midweek and twice on Saturdays, plus a Friday open mic. It is the only dedicated comedy room on the beach.
